Refund and Membership Cancellation Policy
At ColdGoal.com, we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a cancellation and refund are necessary. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy for memberships and plans below.
1. Membership Cancellation Process
Members can unsubscribe from their membership at any time by visiting their account settings and selecting the “Cancel Membership” option. Once the cancellation is initiated:
- The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
- If a member wishes to cancel and request a refund within the first 5 days of purchase, they may be eligible for a refund (provided no part of the membership plan has been utilized).
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, please consider the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within a maximum of 5 days from the date of purchase.
- No refund will be issued if any part of the membership or plan has been used. This includes, but is not limited to, listing properties, accessing premium features, or using paid services.
3. Refund Process Upon Unsubscription
To request a refund upon cancellation:
- Contact our support team at Connect@ColdGoal.com within 5 days of the purchase date.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- Once a membership or plan has been utilized in any capacity, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests submitted after the 5-day period from the purchase date will not be eligible.
